Add 5G NR CRC definitions #9

There are some CRC definitions in 3GPP TS 38.212 Sec. 5.1 (or ETSI TS 138.212) that are not covered yet. This PR adds several of them.

CRC24NR C
CRC11 NR
CRC8 LTE
CRC6 NR

TS 38.212 defines two more CRCs that are also part of TS 36.212 aka LTE

CRC24A, same as CRC24A LTE
CRC24B, same as CRC24B LTE

TS 36.212 includes a CRC16 that is the same as CRC16_XMODEM
