Diagram model shoul not store pins after stitches #4

DiagramPainter draws pins after stitches to prevent them for being covered.
The tree view however should list the pin when a lace maker puts it.
Therefore ChainedPairsPartition should not separate pins and stichtches but
accept them in random order. This was an old workaround for proper diagrams.
