wiki pages #1

Migrate the relevant wiki pages from https://github.com/jo-pol/DiBL/wiki/ Preserve the history of these pages. Perhaps the French pages should be created in a fork, not in the same repository as the English wiki pages. When done remove the old wiki pages together with https://github.com/jo-pol/DiBL/tree/master/inkscape/src/main/assembly/dist and update https://github.com/d-bl/d-bl.github.io/blob/master/index.html

Only one page by one author remains to be migrated. hardly worth the trouble to try preserve its history.
