For instance we should replace "law" with proposal and make the way processes are presented more generic and less bound to institutional terms.

There should be a language file. Maybe transifex support https://www.transifex.com/. @rabble what do you think?

There are language files already in json format. I did operate some changes in our repo, see commit 8f991e2f15d1691c6481cb7ce76ba80f2457a5f0
