brief sketch of a sequence

  1. Assembly decides to emit a certain amount of resources for a certain task by reaching a vote quorum
  2. A quorum of people confirms this decision, signs requests of emission of resources and destinations
  3. A wallet gatekeeper (GK) receives the orders collecting the authentications until reached a quorum
  4. Once the quorum for the order is reached, the GK communicates it is going to process
  5. GK sends the order for transfer to the wallet, funds will go to the people elected by the assembly
  6. Once the funds are transferred, GK responds with a confirmation of funds transferred
  7. GK also offers a blockchain explorer to track how funds are transferred, matched to decisions
