UPDATE tabs css #17

Make tabs reuse button css style. These will have to be changed a bit so maybe put some thought to how to show a tab, should it have a line below, etc.?

Created tabs mustache to patterns. Needs more styling but now the markup is there.

I quite like the way it is now, very clean and simple - but if we are going to have hover effect, to give it #B9F6F7 background color instead of changing the text color. (will have a bit more of a think on this tomorrow too.)

Hover is something you used in the 90's when there was no touchscreens.

Is there any idea what could be the longest word in a single tab? There might be some issues with tabs on mobile devices.
