ok @gvilarino and @jayapapaya there is now proof of consept that this should work. @saariokari will make a merge/pull request when it's done, possibly today.

Ok @gvilarino this work is now blocked by https://github.com/d-cent/democracyos/issues/55. The definition is there but we feel that since we cannot yet see how it works, there most probably is need for adjustments once the custom.css loads properly.

Made a pull request concerning CSS changes
