FIX logo/ name issue in nav bar #43

@jaakkokorhonen here is a suggestion. Am not super keen on it myself - I think a much simpler and cleaner solution is the fact that the app is browser based anyway (right?) so d-cent will be in the URL already. In the case where it is a native app, we can have a version of the full logo as the app icon, so users will see the full name before opening the app. It is a neat solution and something that for example Airbnb's new mobile app does (which is very neat, check it out).
