Issue with PyQT4 crashing when using pickPhases #13

On Ubuntu pickPhases will work for 3 phase picks and then crash, regardless of which events are picked. Probably related to this:

Actually the issue was similar to this one: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/5923845/how-do-i-shut-down-pyqts-qtapplication-correctly The solution was to only call the PyQt app creation once and pass it to the gui. Fixes will be issued in develop branch and merge into master on next release
