Brings the CRJ700 family in sync with FGAddon #11

This adds a few files currentl only existing in the subversion repository FGAddon And brings the CRJ700 github repos back in line with these.

Changes can be reverted, but the merge is recommended because it easiest future "merging" with changes occurring in the subversion repository by eliminating the lack of common commits.

PS: after merging you may want to revise the changes shown in commit 43debb60173ff6ddd093fe61f2cc970ef3355c68

And if you feel something needs to be reverted, le me know ;)

@IAHM-COL Thanks for the update. I believe the two nas files are outdated even they are in the "current official" release. After a download of my fork I found quite some bugs in the engine/apu code. I am currently working on those and may upload some patches next week. Maybe we do not need the other files after this. However, I would like to pull the doc and license patches, is there a way to partialy pull? Best regards Henning (d-jsb)
