Autothrust Speed Mode switching between IAS and Mach #19

When pushing the SPD knob, the switch should be between IAS and corresponding Mach number, not separately stored values. Currently you can switch between for example: SPD Hold IAS 250 and SPD Hold Mach 0.78.
