Improve key binding ground lift dump vs speedbrake #55

speedbrake has ctrl-b to cycle whereas gnd lift dump has two keys j and k to toggle a switch.

Needs background check, maybe the switch is not needed during normal operations?

using d/D now instead j/k; add shift modifier to Ctrl-b to step backwards
