[ ] Add Page to view Home Screen for Labeler with condition if its the admin or not
[x] Add Component for Labeler Screen overview
[x] Add Custom Button Component that navigates to labeling page. It also is filled green and represents a progress depending on how far the progress is on the project.
[x] Add Custom Component with Plus that navigates to Project Add Page
