LVS appears to match empty subciruits to nonempty subcircuits #36

Missing subcircuits are treated as blockboxes and matched by terminals. This is known and detected.

However, present but empty circuits appear to be matched with no warning message.

There should at least be a message indicating that one netlist was empty or missing.

There is a message in the log file, but not the report file.
