Added focus after scrolling to an element to improve accessibility #79

Hi there,

We are using your cool library at the Ministry of Justice and we added a small improvement. After scrolling to an element, that element should get the focus, otherwise users that use keyboard for navigating don't get the focus on the right part of the document.
