Acceptance Criteria

Users can draft a professional player to their fantasy league team

Tech Notes

Need the current fantasy week to populate week field automatically. User shouldn't be able to specify this field
The role of the player is automatically determined (not user specified)
Edge cases:
- If user already has a player in that position throw an error
- If another user already has that player on their team in the given league, throw an error
- If fantasy league status is not either DRAFT or ACTIVE throw an error
