Created new types for Riot IDs
- RiotLeagueID
- RiotGameID
- RiotTournamentID
- RiotMatchID
- ProPlayerID
- ProTeamID
Test Fixtures were updated to use new ID types
Endpoints, Services and utility methods and classes were updated to use new ID types

resolves #312
