[!WARNING]
Work-in-progress. Some of the wording below still needs to be adapted to better reflect the reality
As a device owner or associate (either as a market intermediary or DRE Project developer)
I want to be able to input my device's meter data (Wh produces) in a effective manner
so that I can use the D-REC to certify and label my production data which makes it credible for I-REC generation.
Device owners or assiciates can be of manifold type:
Some, like an indenpendant DRE Project developer, they might have this data stored in files (XLSX, CSV) and want to upload this in bulk via the D-REC UI
Some device registrants, like larger organisations, might have in-house engineering capacities and want to use Api functionalities to register devices, or export data from their internal systems into the D-REC platform
Some device registrants, like market intermediaries, manage a massive amount of devices and need to be able to bulk upload device registration data to D-REC platform without negatively impacting the D-REC services
In the future we want to be able to support tool maintainer (like MicroPowerManager) to integrate with D-REC platform, such that smaller DRE Project developers can export data from tool to D-REC
Acceptance Criteria
Given the above use-cases of device registrants
Then all of them should be able to comfortably use the D-REC platform
Additional Information
There is some uncertainty about the currently available features (to be confirmed by dev):
Upload single device MeterRead via UI
Upload single device MeterRead via single API call
Upload multiple devices MeterRead via CSV upload
Upload multiple devices MeterRead via single API call (To be confirmed: Is this really what we need?)
