1. As an organisation, we want to find all the capital cities in the world sorted by largest population to smallest, so that we can make a report on population.
2. As an organisation, we want to find all the capital cities in a continent sorted by largest population to smallest, so that we can make a report on population.
3. As an organisation, we want to find all the capital cities in a specified region, sorted by largest population to smallest, so that we can make a report on population.

A capital city report requires the following columns:

Name Country Population 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. ..... to N number
