import character doesn't work #307

both profile and characters are found, but once character is selected planner is stuck on loading.

Can you post your character link? There must be some script errors while trying to load your profile, I'll have to investigate.

i also have this issue. i've also found that it doesn't show all my characters, though i assume that might be from not logging onto them for too long

I had the issue where it would not pull up any characters at all with a "Profile Not Found" message. I reported it as an issue which was eventually closed as fixed. I can now get past the Profile Not Found page and it will load my character names but if I click on any character to actually import the data then I get a spinning icon that continues to spin forever.

For those that are having an issue with characters appearing but not loading when you select them here is what I did and mine is now working correctly. Entered and exited game with each of my characters then completely deleted browser history, including cache. Now seems to be working fine.

I continue to have the same issue, "Profile Not Found".

@gerasc76 Make sure the account is written as it is exactly as the battle.net client shows. unlike the past now capital letters matter, my account iThinkiWin will not load if i try to use ithinkiwin instead.

HI I have problem to import my character. Im playing on EU battletag is TomGuma#2356 but Import says: "Profile not found". Is there some things need to be done like finish all act on story mode or smt like that ?

I'm receiving "Profile Not found" for only one of my characters when I attempt to import it. Its working fine for other characters on the same account.
