Demon Hunter simulation damage problems #327

See:

https://www.d3planner.com/994103910

When I had my old ancient pants in, sim dmg was 5.2 billion. Swapping these for a pair of primal pants (with exactly the same stats, both primary and secondary) sees sim dmg drop to 4.8b. It should obviously be every so slightly higher.

I swapped them back and forth and kept getting the same results, so I don't think it's a temporary glitch, but a programming issue when placing a primal in this slot.

I can provide the exact stats for the ancient item if you want and you can swap them back and forth to see for yourself.

With that said, d3planner is awesome and I love it! Thank you very much for developing it.

Cheers,

Dave

Hello,

I can't reproduce it. With the current profile, simulator reports 8288.326 B damage. Swapping pants to ancient (with the same stats) does not change the number at all.

Weird. I just had a play with the profile, you should be able to see the primal and then ancient changes now. You should be able to see the changes in the sim dmg, and also elemental DPS (ancient version is slightly higher than the primal version when it should be the other way around).

I've only very recently cleared cookies/cache in Chrome, so it's not that.
