The 10000% primary skill bonus from the 6 piece Gears of Dreadlands set is not included in the damage multiplier currently but needs to be to show the correct effective DPS.

Should be included in the damage calculations for primary skills. Damage multiplier in stats is meant to only show global multipliers that apply to all your damage.
