This takes a decent amount of code refactoring, but we get a much more robust Markdown parser, including having info from code block metadata.

Closing this PR - moved this to a new branch for a v3.0 of lookatme (3.0-dev). I'll be merging everything into that until its stable before I merge 3.0-dev into main.
