Enable html export of lookatme slides

Describe the Feature Request This should be more than a simple markdown -> html export. Exporting lookatme slides should also include:

• Recording terminals with asciinema, and using that in the exported slides
• Optional viewing of pages in slide format or long-form
• Preserve colors, style choices, and monospace font
• Table of contents?
