This PR includes the following changes:

[x] Implement Socket Server that runs in the background and that accepts connections
[ ] Implement a client that ...
- [ ] connects to the server and displays slide notes (embedded in quote tags)
- [ ] remote controls the slideshow
- [ ] displays the elapsed times (with a reset button)
