Add title manager (replaces title search) #652

For anyone who wants to try this: This adds a new title manager, replacing the old title search. It includes a better listing of all your installed titles, batch uninstallation and more.

Ideas and bug reports are welcome!

Just want to point out that GitHub also now builds every commit as soon as it's pushed and leaves an artifact, which hopefully will make everyone's lives here easier if/when more commits are added.
