Hello. My sister's ds cannot launch luma3ds chainloader and I want to know if there is a way to launch gm9 from homescreen??

To install with it the correct version of luma. Thanks.

Not possible (at least not in the way you intend it). You cannot even run or install a homebrew CIA without CFW.
