Add hour display to install/extract ETA #848

I'm generating .3ds files that now take rather more than 60 minutes to install on my device, and the ETA display maxes out at 59m59s...

This is a very minor problem because if I have made an error in my most recent round of edits or building the file, this is sometimes apparent by an abnormally long install time, so not being able to see the true ETA means I have to wait for it to finish...

@ABZB https://github.com/d0k3/GodMode9/pull/866 should be able to display these, can you grab the built version off the CI and try that out with a really long (multiple-hour long) copy operation? Thanks!
