warp #2

Hello, I needed the warp function for a project and decided to try to add it to pycimg as it was marked as "todo". When saving files, the editor deleted trailing white spaces hence the large number of files modified..

this looks very good. Thanks for contributing and updating the CImg version. I'll merge to master and release a new version asap.
