[FEATURE] Add options for backing up or archiving data

• There should be an option to export all vortex data into archive and ability to restore the data back into vortex
• Also it would be useful if there would be a way to import the data using command line to actually import the first admin application and get the system ready without messing with the database
• Archive could use the same format as MongoDB export uses or even basic json could suffice
