Requirements;

Postgres
Redis
Flask App server
Celery process

I've got an initial version running online here: http://pypit.herokuapp.com/

However, Heroku is going to get expensive quickly. So, probably going to move to EC2 now and we will then need some deployment scripts. @Mathew, do you have anything handy for setting up an EC2 machine with any of python/postgres/redis?
