Since 40ce70d4404011c362d419a8e4af5b4d6a2d4256 we set the mode of the RFXtrx. This is hard coded and not configurable at all. We should allow:

The user to define the mode. They may want other protocols enabled.
Allow the user to skip this step, they may have setup the mode already and don't want us to mess with it.
