Workshops etc. are not ofahrt bounded #115

Changing the active ofahrt has no effect on e.g. workshops in the workshop overview. There schould be displayed only the workshops that are assigned to the active ofahrt object, but instead there are displayed all existing workshops. Same with workshop slots and members.

As discussed in today's meeting, this seems to be the expected behavior. Is this bug obsolete then?
