Removed ticketsystem and wiki, fixes #129 #136

To deploy this, the database should be flushed to completly remove all references to the old system.

@d120/fss please verify applying the squashed database migrations on a staging database and test the system after deploying this PR

@jlauinger just drop the database, we already tested the squashed migrations locally.

I already talked to head of ofahrt and we decided that a complete database clearing is the easiest way.

@Miterion I was unsure if "flushing" was referring to actually dropping everything :D
