Hey, Thanks for keeping me in the loop. I've had a look and I think this makes it more accessible. I didn't have much time to check this now, but I think the find-backlinks-many function isn't documented yet, right? In any case, great that you're working on this 🙂

By the way, I've recently come across org-roam-search, which seems to target something along the lines of what I proposed above: org-ql-like functionality for org-roam. I asked the author whether they are planning to include searching by backlinks, and they do.
