A dvar to be able to turn on or off the leave game capability... Didn't see one 
if there already is one.

Win7 ultimate
Rotu 2.2.2 on lan with a few added custom models(checked to see if they caused 
it and no dice)
Used source to compile not the zip files. Maybe something is different between 
the two.

I did not mention it but I used the zip patch files from r310 as well
