I might do a tagged release some time ahead in future. Right now I'm trying to finish a major rewrite involving QEverCloud, libquentier and Quentier combined. I hope this spring I'd be able to deliver it to the unstable version and then after some trial and polishing - to the stable version. After that I can consider doing a tagged release perhaps.
