Add d2r support #35

Tried adding Eastern Sun Resurrected, worked pretty well other than majority of the strings aren't formatted properly. Need to figure out if d2r needs to be handled as a completely different system, or if there's an elegant way to support both

yeah turns out this was just some slight modifications to the descfuncs and everything looks good now, closed.
