improved time_figure_widget #105

[x] only remove figures not in current parameter_groups
[x] remove glyphs that are not in time series
[x] get all colors used in time-series
[x] re-init color cycle
[x] add update_fig function (only updating source)
[x] if new glyph is added, use next available color from cycle
