Get test-coverage > 90% #18

@86%. Improve by:

removing MultiSelect (+ 1%)
parsing args (+ 1.5 %)

We will not implement changing configs for now. If we will be able we can improve more by

adding thresholds
thematic_view = False

then only at build_dashboard.py we have significant lines open (CLI and build environment) but these cannot be tested.
