Dockerfile - link to glibc-2.21-r2.apk does not work #801

In file: images/dcos/Dockerfile Link: https://circle-artifacts.com/gh/andyshinn/alpine-pkg-glibc/6/artifacts/0/home/ubuntu/alpine-pkg-glibc/packages/x86_64/glibc-2.21-r2.apk returns 404. Please consider to fix it. Maybe following link can be a good alternative: https://github.com/sgerrand/alpine-pkg-glibc/releases/download/2.21-r2/glibc-2.21-r2.apk
