FEAT: Add #required_libs marker for better colab library handling #2527

Description of changes: Fixes #2489 #2474 #2443

Note that this change will only take affect with a subsequent update to d2lbook which will parse this marker correctly, adding the required code cell automatically in the colab generated noteboook.
