application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

This crash isn't caused by changing the toolbar size, but actually when setting the file association.

I forgot that on Vista you need administrative privileges to do this. I'll fix this in the next release.

This is now fixed. It'll be in the next release of Resourcer,
