Pass W3C test suite for Direct Mapping #135

This is to verify that #74 is complete.

Our EARL implementation report for the Direct Mapping has been submitted to W3C.

Note: This EARL report shows two test failures, for tests 5 and 12. This is because we support the Direct Mapping only as an R2RML default mapping that can be further customized by the mapping author if required. As noted in the spec, in this case the Direct Mapping is not required to preserve duplicate rows in tables without primary keys, because R2RML cannot express such mappings. This is why 5 and 12 fail.
