this is a really cool map projection

i found this to be a very satisfying rotation for a star map

TETRA = map(d3.geoTetrahedralLee().rotate([115, -54.735610317245346, 90]))

it causes the milky way to go sort of through the middle

i will try and combine this with your code to turn it into a rectangular map
