fix Sphere for d3.geoHealpix().lobes(1) #149

Fix a minuscule bug in d3.geoHealpix(): with .lobes(1) the Sphere was shallow (the path was running back and forth on the antimeridian line). https://beta.observablehq.com/d/3cc54f13227e9357
