Automatically update clip angle for satellite projection when distance changes #222

Upstreaming this patch. Sorry, I probably should have done this back in 2021 :sweat_smile:.

Just realized that the documentation for distance recommends manually setting the clip angle to what is patched here, which suggests that this is more an enhancement than a bug fix. I will change the title accordingly.
