Officially maintained on npm? #152

Hello @jasondavies , I am the member of cdnjs. We want to host d3-plugins/sankey/sankey.js on cdnjs. But there is a question want to ask. Is the library officially maintained on npm? If yes, please help me offer the detail information about npm. Thanks for your help!

This repository contains only deprecated plugins for D3 v3. Maintained plugins are now developed in separate repositories and published to npm. For d3-sankey, see https://github.com/d3/d3-sankey.

Thanks @mbostock , By the way, I want to ask it is necessary to add /build/bundle.js on npm. Please help me confirm that. Thanks!
