New curve type - helix.

Thanks for the contribution. However, I’ll need more information before I can accept a pull request:

[ ] A description of the new feature, including some discussion of why it would be useful.
[ ] An example that demonstrates the new feature, preferably on bl.ocks.org.
[ ] Unit tests that verify the correctness of the implementation.
[ ] Appropriate changes to the API Reference.

You’re also welcome to release your new feature as a standalone module that you can publish independently.
