v1.0.0 support #28

Simply look at the v1.0.0 German test server, each click on your overview will 
pop up that bug window.
Saving combat reports from a test server is useless but such a pop-up window is 
a bit annoying.

They changed a lot in the new version of gladiatus. It's complete normal, that 
the addon will break with it. I'll make changes when the version become 
official for all coutries.

GFT 1.6 offers support for gladiatus version 1.2.0 and has been now released. 
This will be the last version of GFT (developed by me).
